Gambling is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Keep it entertainment: never stake money needed for rent, bills or debt repayments.
Warning signs include chasing losses, hiding time spent playing and steadily rising stakes. Set deposit and session limits inside your account before the first bet, and stick to them: a decrease applies immediately, while an increase only takes effect after a cooling-off period.
